AKA has worked very closely with Transocean's Electrical Engineering group in a mutually beneficial relationship that has spanned nearly a decade and led to the development and implementation of our Advanced Generator Protection System (‘AGP’) which is currently being installed on Transocean's fleet of high specification drilling rigs. For Transocean, AKA has provided on-site project management, installation and commissioning services for power and propulsion systems, throttle control systems, thruster automation systems, main engine control panels, variable frequency drives, our InnoVision Supervisory HMI , as well as complete documentation packages.
